If you have been following the other threads, you can probably have your "heart's desire" custom coffee table made in Tonala for reasonable $. Just a suggestion.

Try Have Hammer, the trade school for Mexican teens at 110 Hidalgo in Riberas. That's about 150 feet east of the 711. They will make to your design.

The art place on the Liebramento across and a bit north of Soriana has or had some great designs and will custom make them. Friends have a fabulous coffee table with a sand art centre and glass top that is very unique and one of a kind from the gallery there.
