I have no idea what you just posted means, sparks. But I have been watching KOMO 4 Seattle when in Mexico, Seattle, and Vancouver Island for more than 11 years and on C band for a few years before that.

The Seattle stations are watchable all over Mexico in SD and HD on Shaw Direct.

Seattle, Detroit, Spokane, and Buffalo (notice all along the border) are also avialable on Shaw
with a sorta small dish E75 model.
