BIG DADDY'S ITALIAN MEATBALLS

Got some today at Superlake, cooking up a batch of spaghetti sauce.......couldn't resist a taste test of one of those little guys and all I can say is:

BIG DADDY.........YOU ARE THE MEATBALL KING!!!

I put some of those bad boys into my spaghetti sauce last week. Unbelievable and even better the next day when we reheated the leftovers for breakfast........!!!!!!

I've had pizza for breakfast........so this makes sense.

I make a mean batch of meatballs myself.......but I have to hand over the crown to Daddy.

Did you eat it straight out of the fridge? I do. How weird is that?

The funny part is due to quality control I am required by law to continually test the product until it is safely vacuum sealed and placed in the freezer.

After the meatballs (Albondigas) come out of the oven, it is a race for my wife and our staff (Meatball Girl) to get these little things away from me before I eat all the 'Profits' as my wife would say. LOL
