1998 Subaru Forester driver side mirror - help?

Can anyone help me find a reliable shop Lakeside to replace this mirror?
I was side-swiped on the highway outside of Jocotopec by some knothead
who pulled out to pass and didn't see me! The mirror was sheared off and
there are minor scrapes on the driver's side that are negligible. I use
my mirrors extensively, so it is imperative to get this repaired as
soon as possible -- preferably with as little expense as possible. It is
an electric-powered mirror, with heat (not so important in Mexico). Any
suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
(I'm lucky the S.O.B. that did this didn't hit me head-on!)

I came up with a temporary fix: I went to WalMart and bought a generic mirror and screwed it to what was left of the original. At least I'm not blind on the driver's side any more! Now I can bide my time with ordering a factory-spec mirror to have it installed. One less headache!
