Seeking Privado

I was perusing TOB and found a member named Privado who lives in Guad. I tried to contact him but was having trouble getting in, which I am trying to resolve. I have a friend who might be moving to Guad. to teach at one of the Universities there and would like to ask him some questions since he lives in Zapozan section of the city. Does anyone here know him? Could you please put me in contact with him? Thank you!
