Big Daddy's Smoked Salmon & Peppered Jerky

We are just smoking some new Salmon today and it will be ready for the Saturday Market in the Hole In One.

We also have some peppered jerky available plus all our other sausages, meatballs and prepared Heat n Eat Meals.

Yes we do. The Itailian taste great. We are smoking some new Polish Kielbasa & Spanish Chorizo on Saturday. They will be available for the Monday Market in the Hole In One.

They are both reduced fat and salt.
