Language App for Chrome Browser

Here's an interesting app that I just added to my Chrome browser. You choose the language, set the level of difficulty and then go about your browsing. Random portions of sentences within the text will appear in the language you have chosen. Hovering over the words will highlight them and clicking will translate them. It can easily be adjusted for difficulty or easily switched off altogether. I don't know if it will prove very useful for learning to speak a language but it will certainly help with vocabulary.
