El Bajio check points

Just drove by the El Bajio check points/topes. It is manned by uniformed soldiers, looks like they're ready for business.

Hi, Barbi's hubby here. WE went by today and the building behind the topes had at least 30 military. By the by, its just past the last topes out of West Ajijc, big topes! No more speeding!

these 30 military.... they were all standing outside the building waving at you when you counted them?

Cause I was by there 90 minutes ago... no trucks... no 30 anything.... just one helmut per bunker...

police Vehicle and one cop standing guard beside the building....

They may have been shopping at Walmart. We were there today and there were three military vehicles and several soldiers in the store.

OMG, this is so funny. I see them in PV everywhere and I can really relate to your description of some of the military personnel I see around town. Thanks for the laugh.

I saw el ejército at Walmart today too, around 2:30. I was inside shopping when I came across two guys hitting the deli section in a big way. (Guess "mom" took the day off.) As I left there were two truckloads of guys out in the parking lot, waiting for the shoppers to return, I guess. At that moment they looked like they were on break....walking around the lot, goofing, one guy on a cell phone, etc.

I imagine there are a lot of soldiers in the military up north who also look like children. Since many of them are.

Don't care if there is one or 30, just happy they're stationed here now.
