English Tutors for 1st and 4th Grade children

Not sure if this is the correct forum or not. A neighbor stopped by yesterday asking for information regarding tutors for her two children. One is in 1st grade and one is in 4th. Nice Mexican family here in Riberas. She tried LCS and the classes are geared toward adults and not children. She says her problem is that in the school they attend, 1/2 day is in Spanish and 1/2 day is in English and she is worried about their English. If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate hearing them.

surely the school has names of tutors or one of the teachers would be happy to do extra tutoring-for some extra change of course.
