It looks like Toyota is just about ready to announce building a new plant in the State of Guanajuato. One billion US dollar investment.
Can Mexico increase the wages and living standard of the people and still pull in new manufacturing?  A delicate balancing act.
Detroit is proof that nothing lasts forever.
