Nationalizing Cars.....Again! Empty Nationalizing Cars.....Again!

A couple of people has recently told me the gates have re-opened on nationalizing cars at border crossings.

Any truth to the rumors?

It's my understanding that they are allowing 2006/2007 models to be nationalized.
