Real Estate Company/Agent

I am sure this post will create many thoughts.............we are looking for "the best" real estate company and agent to market our property. Can you share any experiences good or bad with the local companies and agents here.

We used Lloyds, Taner Siren when we bought here in Jan. He worked hard for us to find the right home. I'm sure he puts equal energy into selling a home!
