TSA experience......not good.

I haven't used TSA locks for years. I NEVER had them returned.
I now use plastic tie wraps - after the suitcase has been inspected
I put tie wraps thru the zipper pulls. The suitcase can still be opened
if needed but it slows down the casual exploration. Tie wraps are easily
available, come in various colors and easy to carry along with you.

Because TSA now cut the locks as they don't have time to open them. They also did not steal anything of value so not thieves. Its TSA folks.

TSA has never cut my locks - ever. And did you report it?

If TSA routinely cuts locks because they "don't have time" to unlock them how long before no one buys TSA locks because why would you? And, how is picking up a cutter and cutting a lock faster than picking up a key and opening it?
As with most things TSA, this makes no sense to me.

Zed, how did you know it was TSA?

It seems as though this topic is just going around in circles.....no one knows for sure if it's TSA or baggage handlers doing this, so.............
