Looking for companion

A friend, new to town is looking for a companion for her adult son, age 52, who was injured in an accident many years ago and needs supervision due to poor decision making abilities. This person would need to be bi-lingual and the benefits would be very good. Is there a place for a daily group or anyone that provides these sort of services. He is completely independent in all other ways....just needs companionship and guidance. TIA

How often? Or what days or hours? I guess what they need is a bilingual caregiver.

Well, not so much of a caregiver as someone just to hang out with him and keep him from getting lost or into trouble. Days and times could probably be flexible/negotiable.

I am assuming he needs no personal care or someone to be with him at home. This would be for outings, shopping and maybe activities? Does it matter if it is days or evenings? How many hours at a time? Does he do equally well with males and females?
