Has anyone tried this new micro brewery pub in West Ajijic?

Are they already open? I was across the street buying something to make me fat at the spectacular French Pastry place when I first noticed the sign a few days ago.

Yes, they opened on Saturday. I think it is owned (or partially owned) by Jason from Adelita's.

Opening friday. Looks authentic inside and views of the brewing system.definately worth a try.

This is the confusing part. I received an email from Jason at Adelita's today, stating that the Brewpub will be opening this coming Friday. Yet, when you go to their Facebook page, they show photos of customers enjoying themselves at the Brewpub already! So which is it? Are the rest of us not worthy enough to come before Friday?

As a beer Corazon de Malta has been around for awhile, it is available at several eating establishments in the area. What is new is the Brew Pub.

They were opened unofficially to help train staff and ensure systems are working. Official opening is this Friday.

That is customary. When I lived in Niagara Falls I had quite a few invitations to eat at training sessions. They were usually quite good.

Absolutely, all good restaurants and bars have a soft opening, by invitation, for purveyors, friends, and family. It's the smart thing to do!

Plus, they have to have not only their food and service up to par but also their brew! Sounds like we're going to get a good professional addition to the restaurant scene here.
