The Procurador General del Fiscalia of Nayarit was arrested in San Diego, US, a couple of days ago on some kind drug smuggling charges.
I think he has a bail/bond hearing before the judge on Friday.  Friends in Nayarit say he got what he deserved, so far not much sympathy from people I know.
