I'm not giving the gold away, I'm Canadian....... There is much more to our site than just a forum drawing people in. Our business directory for example has a huge number of people looking for, lets say, a restaurant in Ajijic and finding it on our site. Then they stay and have a look around maybe even do a crossword or Sudoku. It all adds up.

I bought property from Chapala Reality and used to recommend them to people. Now. because of their moderator who is not related to the real estate at all I will go out of my way to send them just about anywhere else. I do think Richard should care a little bit more about his forum, it might be good for business. Personally I think a mod should be accountable for their actions and a good way might be to have them give out their true contact information. I know if you have a beef with me I'll give you my phone number so you can call and talk about it.

But then, its his forum and he can do what he wants with it.

Forgive me if I misunderstand the term "hits" but with my definition I find 600,000 (20,000/day) to sound a little far fetched. There isn't that many people interested in lake Chapala let alone a single website dedicated to the area. I doubt even Mexconnect gets that many hits. Perhaps you can explain it in a way that would make me a believer???
