We have to venture out tomorrow from our condo west of Ajijic to a dr's appt in Chapala, and we are thinking of shopping for groceries on the way back, to save on gas. (We still have half a tank but....) If you have been to Soriana, WalMart, or SuperLake today, can you please comment on how well stocked they are (or are not) with fruits, veggies and meats? I don't know the extent to which the gas shortage has prevented them from getting deliveries.

There is no diesel shortage at all which is what most delivery trucks use.

Walmart is fully stocked and appears to have just gotten a delivery by the looks of the piled boxes.
I am now fully stocked again for at least a couple of weeks... pantry, fridge and freezer.

The GR suggested today that diesel shortage may be next.

Now a diesel shortage will cause some significant hardship, particularly on AMLOs base supporters so I don't think that is likely. Guess we will see.
