Transering CDN$ to my intercam bank account while in Canada

I am wondering if anyone has transferred money to their Interbank account while in Canada.
The rates are starting to get attractive and I would like to move some money, I was told I could transfer to a Montreal account and it would then go to my Ajijic account.
I have not had any luck figuring out how this works, in theory I would not need a swift code because it is a Canadian branch.
If you have done this please let me know the steps.

Your bank in Mexico should be able to give you the details. I've done it with Multiva.

To transfer to a bank in Mexico you need their branches swift code and
your Clabe #.

Did you ever get this figured out? I am asking, because I was given the same information as you, and it cannot be done.

Write them a cheque on your Canadian Bank and they will cash it for you. Talk to them about it.

This site compares the various services for transferring funds. CAD to MXN, USD to MXN, etc. I've found the rate information to be accurate.
