Connection problems

Many people cannot access the forum right now because our host is having problems with the URL redirect to Insidelakeside.com

You can still access the forum through: https://www.insidelakeside.com/

Will either of these work again in the future? I now have three bookmarks for this site but only one works.

They are working on it. Hopefully back to insidelakeside.com by tomorrow.

They haven't fixed it yet. The problem has stumped the volunteer admins at the host so they have elevated the problem to the hired help. The host is in Europe so the time change kind of messes things up in getting repairs done on our time....lol.

meantime...mainfool said he is sad that he can't get on this site! Who knew?

The frustrating part is they debit my account every month and then take days to fix what is probably a simple issue. They did the same thing a few months ago but resolved it within a day.

What should also be a tad frustrating is that these type of issues don't just happen of their own accord; someone broke something.

OK, I fixed the problem without their help.

For you techies out there...…..The Cname record where my domain name is was still showing lakechapalainfo.bigforum.com NOT lakechapalainfo.forumotion.net/. This must have changed recently and I wasn't informed. Once I changed it to the correct address it started working correctly.

Please spread the word we are back to www.insidelakeside.com

Good grief. I had to get in just now the back door way after seeing on Facebook it was fixed. Hope this way holds.
