Choppers overhead in San Antonio

This has been going on all day. Anybody know who is flying and why? They are burning a huge amount of fuel. Also sometimes flying in pairs in formation.

I suspect it won’t be a going concern. It has to be quite expensive to run and therefore pretty pricey to pay for a ride (I hope.)

Something new for everyone to whine about.......lol.

I'm quite sure it will be a weekend only thing. There must be demand for it as those two choppers were going non stop for hours. I'm going to check it out next weekend if it's going again. I haven't experienced a helicopter ride yet. Yes, I live near the lake shore yet it doesn't bother me in the least. I like to see the tourists having a good time. It's better than the swampboat from years ago.....jaja.

I took a ride in that swamp boat one time. It was fun. But I felt guilty as we went by the shoreline and could see all of the dirty looks and negative hand signals from those owning and or occupying the beachfront homes.
