Inbox (undefined new)

The click here is showing red like I have a new message but there is nothing there. The (undefined new) shows up. Any ideas?

I got the same thing, Ida. And, it is showing at the top of my messages a message from back in May.

I have deleted everything in my inbox, sent etc. I also logged out and signed back in. No change. Let me know if your mailbox improves.

I just went into my inbox again and the red went away.

I just went into and out of my Inbox several times. Still red.

Mine went red again too. I'll see what I can find out. I sent myself a pm and the popup box still appears.

I have not been able to fix this problem on my own. The drop down menu is a custom Java script that I installed about 7 years ago. I have sent the problem to the host tech guys to see if they know why this suddenly happened. Hopefully we can resolve this.

OK, the tech guys gave me a different script to use and it seems to have fixed it although no more popup box but it does stay black until you get a message then changes to red. I just sent myself a message and it appears to work.

I am back in the black. Thank you!
