Unused medications Empty Unused medications

We have several boxes of different prescribed medications that we are no longer taking. They are partial boxes, not expired. Is there a dr in Ajijic that would use these for patients that can't afford their meds? I hate to just flush them away.

I give unused meds to Dr. Lastra. He makes sure they get to those that need them.
