True that but who has a crystal ball. Nothing could have prepared us for stupid people or the bridge washing out.
At the time of the bridge washing out there was lots of speculation about the part that the Polo Club relocation had to do with it. They had cut down trees and pulled out the stumps but had not removed those stumps... which repeatedly battered the bridge until it gave out.
Firsts all round so nothing can prepare you for that. Polo Club = VERY deep pockets.

Things can change in Mexico. I admit very slowly. The people in El Dorado won their case against Old Mexico money. It can happen. Nothing ventured nothing gained.
