Check the Liquor Store in the strip next to Mexa Bistro, across from the gym. (lake side). Their prices on other wines are better than Paz.

The store gringal refers to is Vinos America. We were able to get marsala sherry there a couple of weeks ago. The clerk gave us a choice of dry or sweet.

Don’t know about Marsala sherry. Never heard of that. Marsala is usually sweet but not a sherry. ??is Marsala a sherry. ?

Aa less expensive alternative to Sherry and Port. For cooking you'll get pretty much the same result.

I tripped over this site and am delighted.
It's been a long time since I soaked strawberries in Marsala and then served over vanilla ice cream.
Anyway, the site is about substitutions for other ingredients including Marsala. I wish I had found it years ago because, in Mexico, what you want you sometimes can't find.
