Chapala government says don't put trash on street it won't be picked up until they negotiate with the dump. Notice was too late on LaPaz in SAT as open bags of trash are all over the street and corners.

The garbage truck picked up trash in Ajijic Centro today.

TRASH UPDATE: 10/30 @ 12:36 PM...
The President announces that the independent trash collector/garbage dump has resolved their issues and will fulfill their contract. Trash collection will resume. It is preferred that you take your trash out when the truck is passing by. Thank you.
