Can anyone recommend a good gas cylinder delivery guy, who speaks a little English or uses google translate apps? I just moved & there seems to be a minor gas leak & I can't communicate this very well. I tried one guy, but he was in a big hurry to keep driving thru streets of Chapala. New gas hot water heater may not have been installed correctively.

Also, a good electrician if you are looking in your book..
