We've only had the Adobo de Ciruela (plum), but considering how good it is, I will not hesitate to try other products.
The salsas, cooking sauces and salad dressings are based on the recipes of female Mexican chef Patricia Quintana. She founded her own food product line before she died in 2018. Her products are now sold under the Gavilla brand.
