Hello....am in need of a reliable private driver or taxi driver to take my husband and myself to Guadalajara Airport next Wednesday, Oct. 12 at 9 am from Ajijic.  Would appreciate a name and contact info.  Thanks for your help!

Luis Miramontes has taken us to GDL for 5+ years...never a hiccup. We communicate via Whatsapp so we can type and see times, dates, no mis-communication. He replies in English.

Us too use Luis Miramontes and have never been disappointed.  Once, several years ago I mistakenly paid him $500 CANADIAN instead of 500 pesos for a trip to a hotel near the airport.  Instead of taking it to a bank and exchanging it, he returned to the hotel and returned it to me.  And yes... I tipped him very, very generously
