Passport photos - where?

I feel like a newbie asking this question. I live in Ajijic and need to get passport fotos. I'd prefer not to use the place on Ocampo this time only because the streets in centro are completely jammed right now with the fiestas. Is there another location near Ajijic, closer than the place in Chapala on Zaragoza by the plaza? Thanks.

I read on the other board that Farmacia Guadalajara does them but they’re often rejected. If cheap enough might be worth a try.

I would use Genesis on Ocompo... You do not want to take the risk of having a photo that the embassy rejects... It will cost you time and $$$.

I tried some from Farmacia. White sheet background turned out looking gray and with waves in it. Also my head was a little tilted and not straight. Rejected. Genesis perfect. Professional and ready in 20 minutes. Accepted.

I had to go into Centro Ajijic yesterday anyway and found parking on Ocampo so had them done there. Easy and painless. $160 for an ugly mugshot (but that's not their fault).
