Chamorro at Ajijic Restaurant

Any restaurant serving a good chamorro in Ajijic?  I know Tony's has it in SAT, but trying not to add to the traffic on the carretera.

Teocintle has a Pork Shank in Birria sauce.

Cocinart occasionally has pork shank on their specials board.

Not certain but I think chamorro is offered at Membrillo.

I love Cocinart's chamorro and will hope they add it to next weeks specials.  

Membrillo's menu shows it, but we haven't been there.  

Have company coming next week and they are interested in trying chamorro (and other MXN local dishes).

PS--I have had it at Alex's Pasta....to keep costs down he uses a pork shank, but cooks it as if it were Osso Bucco (instead of using more expensive veal shank).  It's very good, but want a more traditional MXN dish.  

Teocintle...I am waiting to hear back from them as to their Xmas week schedule and menu.  

If we have to drive to Tony's we might...it's about the best I've ever had, but it's been awhile.  Traitte is also an option for Tony's, but prefer to take guests out to eat.

Viva Mexico in San Juan Cosala has it everyday but Thursday, as closed that day, It is excellent...
