I used Lewis and Lewis for years as a tourist and temp. resident with a foreign plated car. mexicanautoinsurance.com

If they still offer the optional towing package, get it. It was a cheap add-on and while I never had any accident claim, I did use the towing, twice. So it was well worth it.
