Is TotalPlay dependable Empty Is TotalPlay dependable

I am considering cancelling Shaw cable due to its uncertain future, and investigating TotalpLay. Any pros or cons for this service? Thanks.

TotalPlay is the most reliable of any of the services that I have tried and that would include Telmex (DSL) and iLox. At one point, I had all three at the same time for comparison. I cannot give an opinion on Telmex fibre because it has never been available where I live in Riberas del Pilar. Telmex (the Ajijic location), however, jerked me around so many times that the company leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I only have TotalPlay for internet and phone. I do not have their TV.

I dumped Ilox for TotalPlay a few months ago and have been happy so far. The speed is far more consistent and there haven't been any outages that I am aware of. I have the 300mbps internet only package.

We have TotalPlay and very happy with it. We have internet only package.

I had Totalplay it went out for two weeks, I called daily and they said someone would come out ,they never did so I cancelled and reinstated my Telcel modem..My Neighbors are now having same problems with them...
