Rosa Venus wrote:Can you say, "Cada fulano, mengano y zutano fueron a la fiesta"? Part of me wants to phrase it, "todo fulano, mengano...."? todo en vez de cada? Gracias!

Cada would be correct. And I believe it calls for the second person singular (fue). But it sounds like an English construction and not an expression that a native Spanish speaker would use.

All talk and no action.

Here's another one:
"Quema mucho el sol".
It's a play on words,a way of saying:Que mamon eres or Que mamadas son, in a less vulgar way.
Loose translation:You suck or this sucks.
There are some great Mexican dichos out there, maybe some of you would like to share some of your favorites.
Here's another one:A lo que te truje Chencha.

Well yes, if you translated it literally, but you can't really do that, or maybe you can but, it sounds kind of stilted to me.

When you're working with expressions, you really look for the similarities to your own, if there are any. Some are exclusively Mexican.
