La Michoacana Ice Cream

This brand is well known throughout Mexico and NOB but contrary to what is generally thought, many using these label are simply knockoff versions of the original. The inability to enforce prior copyright attempts and the fact that the Michoacán has somewhat of a negative connotation has led to a name change for this product:

I had some of this awesome ice cream the other day at the Ajijic Plaza. Good stuff indeed.
