Does anyone know if the Mexican Postal System does any targeted mailing to businesses only. In this case I'm interested in Chapala, Ajijic, and Jocotepec.

I don't know about that, but I live in a village and almost all our mail and announcements and ads come in the form of flyers tossed inside the gates.

Maybe hire a couple of kids to distribute in your targeted areas?
