Last Tuesday, as President Obama got off the helicopter in front of the White House, he was carrying a baby piglet under each arm. The squared away Marine guard snaps to attention, salutes and says: "Nice pigs, sir!"

The President replies "These are not pigs...these are authentic Arkansas Razorback Hogs. I got one for Secretary of State Hi llary Clinton and I got one for Speaker of The House Nancy Pelosi."

The squared away Marine again snaps to attention, salutes and says, "Excellent trade, sir!"

Jimmy Carter was honest.
How many "Americans" know who the Civil War was fought against?
How about the Spanish-American War?

America started the "dumbing down" process years ago when the school systems began moving kids up to the next grade in order not to damage their tender little psyches. God forbid!
In the 60's, Houston had one of the most advanced school systems in the country. By the mid 70's it had already begun to degenerate. lizzy

Someone send me an email the other day with the picture of a sign outside a zoo in Texas. It read:

"Our zoo has an African lion. Our White House has a lyin' African"

Gotta love those Texans!

Beyond believable tacky. Politics - Page 2 850219

I used to work with some Texans who had a habit of coming up with "clever" racial slurs. The little smirk that accompanied them made me want to puke. Most of the people enjoying this sort of thing haven't accomplished a damn thing in their lives to brag about.

WARNING, EXPLICIT TALK DESTINED TO STIR THE POT

All politicians are bad and Americans don't want to work anymore. The American Dream is now getting a huge settlement so you can sit home on your fat ass and do drugs and drink and not work and watch sports. Then use the money for big rims, baggy clothes to hide your fat ass and NOT, NO, NEVER for education.

America's greatness is gone, other countries have their shit together and will and are rising up. The new generation of youth wants it all now, doesn't want to wait.

We will have future leaders that are selfish, tattooed, all raised my single moms, brains gone from drug use and with the attitude if it feels good do it, never planning for the future.

The politicians have sold the US out and so have the people to all their special interests. No other country allows so much for so many from outside and doesn't protect their own.

I saw tax all the bastards who make the US spend money.

Zionist tax for those who support Israel and the billions it receives.
Border jumper tax for those who want all illegals to stay.
War tax for those who want us to keep poking our nose in world business to the tune of billions a year.
______ tax for those who wants us to support their buddies the _____
Hippie tax for those who make it costly and next to impossible to do anything, make the hippies live in huts and walk if they are so concerned about the environment.
Kid tax (for having over 2 kids and living under poverty income scale) or withholding of benefits for those poor who feel it is their god given right to spread more children they cannot support (while always finding enough $$$ for drugs and / or a big screen TV).
A dumbass Tax - We are now adopting the Mexican system and one in place in most of the world. You slip and fall, instead of suing, you will be called a dumb ass and told to watch where you walk. Burn yourself on hot coffee and want to sue? you've won an entry into the dumbass hall of fame, with your photo..."she didn't know coffee was hot." Then you will be taxed for all the people you inconvenienced in your search of free / easy money / extortion attempts.

Put your money where your mouth is or shut up and don't make me, my children and grandchildren pay for your foolishness.

You come to my country, you will strive to be an American. This means trying to learn the language and not trying to change the country, after all if you changed it then it might resemble the hell hole you came from, no, thereby defeating the purpose. You are now an American, be proud and work for the country and true Americans as a whole, this is not some temporary home to treat like some kid at a beach resort at spring break.

Politicians enable the weak and sell their souls for votes. Democrats and Republicans, would sell their own mothers again for a dollar and regularly do. The Demos support all the criminally downtrodden and want more and don't want to teach them but then retreat to their fancy homes and don't have to deal with these miscreants. Repubs want to make the planet something resembling T3.

You know who would pick strawberries? How about a Mexican in Mexico!

Think of this.... another option

No labor to do agricultural work SO.... many return to Mexico where produce exports are booming! Sure prices will rise a little bit but so will imports, we already have them and this way hopefully the higher prices will trickle down to the little guy working in Mexico and make his life better in his country.

The only time this wouldn't work is for products where importation is prohibitively expensive.

We need to have smarter immigrants or else the mess we have will just grow.

The difference being that Canadians attempting to immigrate to the states are put through so many damned hoops it's ridiculous. How about applying the same principle to Mexicans?

Oh yah...right...that would be violating their rights...profiling and all that.

Gawd....I just love political correctness!

Ah yes....Goatrope.........aren't you the one who loves bigoted Texans making racial slurs about the President?

IMO, the whole country is in denial.......the party of "yes" to too much, and the party of NO to anything at all, just like two year olds.

The "liberal" label? Who's in denial about who raped the financial system, sold or gave away the farm (industry), thus creating massive unemployment while letting China hold the mortgage on the U.S. A.? The term "fat cats" comes to mind.

Speaking of emigrating.........ever looked into what a U.S. Citizen has to do to emigrate to Canada? Might come as a shock.

Just FYI, the term "political correctness" was originally used in Communist China to keep the population in line and had nothing to do with the way people use it today to describe those who don't agree with their own prejudices.

Excuse me while I put on my flame-retardent undies.

Cut Israel off... they are an embarrassment.

I had to earn my citizenship... so, from my perspective, should everybody else.
There are, however, way too many undocumented aliens to round up and send back.
So...amnesty for time here, fines to be paid off later (govt. loan or govt service) and they begin the citizenship process now.

(That's the best solution I can come up with on short notice. Anybody else got an answer?)

No having kids for cash. If you're on welfare or Govt aid, get an IUD or a patch. Birth control has come a long way.

Pressure the Mexican govt to get with US and work out a work-visa program. Then the emigres can go back home 'till their next job.

Politics - A multitude of small blood-sucking insects

Denial is the refuge of the temporarily uninformed and the stupid.
Ignorance can be fixed. There is no cure for stupidity but death.

Kids' rights! Ha! You got no rights 'till you can support yourself. Uniforms in school and separate the sexes. We're hormonally depraved at that age. Remove the distractions, give teachers the right to discipline, and teach the little beggars some manners. It'll do wonders for them. Lizzy

If that's original, congratulations!

I'm with you on the Israel question.
Kids' rights? Well, you can't bugger the altar boys or beat 'em to death, okay? Otherwise, no rights.
Yes on cutting some valves after 2 kids, unless you're rich enough to send 'em all through grad school.
Illegal Mexican workers? They used to have a worker arrangement: "bracero program" and it probably did the job. What's going now is just a game of catch between the politicians, none of whom seem to be able to take a firm stand. Darn shame for those who need the work done and those who need the jobs nobody else will do.

I have friends who own market gardens here in Craven, Sask.... they bring in workers ( farmers ) from right there in Chapalla area, every year to help harvest.... Apparently locals here don't like to pick peas or cucumbers... these Mexican fellas work for 3-4 months here in Canada every year... room & board supplied... and they go home with $10 - $12K in their pockets..... I understand that is equivalent to a years wages for them back home in Chapalla...

Pretty sure my friends and those locals, have that asshole Pedro to thank for that!!

Well, Gringal, to tell the truth, it's not my words, "There is no cure for stupidity but death", is a quote from The Notebook of Lazarus Long by Heinlen. It's one of my favourite quotes, for sure. cheers Lizzy
