The video, though obviously containing a political bias, emphasizes the point: Nobody, but nobody, cares about jobs for U.S. citizens. The Bottom Line is all important. Has been for awhile. So what else is new?
U.S. companies are also busily building plants in Mexico. Anywhere to avoid trade unions. Good old Follow the Money.
