I was having the same problems and finally got to a screen which allowed me to put in Lake Chapala, Mexico in the "Explore the World" box. However, it doesn't give me a link to get directly to that screen. You might try clicking on "Time and Space" to get the boxes to open at the top of the page. Good Luck! It is interesting when you get to it.

I noticed in the comments section at the bottom that many viewers are having the same problem: if you have a small screen, apparently the "explore the world" search box (where you would type in Lake Chapala) doesnt show up! The mods seem to be working on it.
