i have over 200 lbs of 78,45 and 33 /1/3 records that a brought with me predating the 70's to about 1918.
thanks to canuck bob i am listening right now to over 4000 files i have from limewire.
youtube is fine but i really like the origins.
my record collection rivals ckua for diversity according to allan lomax's son who was a prof at u of a. the entire folkways collection is at u of a as well as the library of congress. no my collection ain't that big but i'm lissening to some of it now and i am glassy eyed as ladyladeeda likes ta picture me.
i can lissen to this shit at full blast because yvonne is in canader. i even have bagpipe music on 78 so's i kin make haggis proper.

correcto! and ccr covered it almost exactly like hawkins recorded it in about '57. as well as all my records i have over 2000 files from limewire including complete albums.

It was also done by The Rolling Stones and Suzie Quattro (who changed the name from Susie Q to Suzie Q).
