If you hit the article with Google translate it says 8 PM.

i speak pretty good spanish, google translate is terrible. no where on the orignal article does it state 8pm or por la tarde o noche. primera hora refers to early, i.e. the morning.

just seen on informador that it started after 9am, typically late !!!
