Has Ci Banco closed or moved? My understanding was that they were across CEO. Walmart near IShop, but I don't see a sign for them. This is also the address they list.

Any help is appreciated, I really need to find the local branch asap

Directly to the right of Wings when facing east at that access to the  mall (Centro Laguna) and the movie theatres.
It is not near Ishop and I don't know what CEO means.

You can either drive up the Libramiento a bit, or go through the entrance on the east side of Black Coffee, and then all the way to the back of the Centro Laguna complex.
