Sherman, did you find someone for pool maintenance?  Sorry to respond so late.....just saw your post. We use & recommend Gustavo Villalbar (sp).  He comes twice a week bringing chemicals, testing & maintaining the PH, back washes & vacuums. All for $600 pesos per month. We've been quite satisfied w/ his knowledge & care of our pool. He does speak some English. Nice man. He can be reached @ 331-265-5900.

I also posted in another section and got several suggestions.
In the end, we went with Alfonso Hecht who spent a week 'cleaning' the 18 years of minerals that had built up on the pool!! What a job!
