Super Sausage Guys

I keep forgetting to post this BEFORE the Tuesday Market so here it is. I found a great sausage source at the Tuesday Market. They are on the right as you come in the front door next to the honey folks. The owner is German and makes lovely Brats as you would expect. But our favorites are the Italian and the Lamb. Nicely seasoned with just enough kick to get your attention. I will ask their names again, I think the German's name started with "G" but can't remember any more. Worth the trip IMHO

Absolutely delicious Italian sausage ......but not if you're looking for diet food!

Are they also at the Monday market?

I don't know, I mostly only go to the Tuesday Market.
