I am currently in the USA and cannot make calls to Mexico. I can call USA numbers ok and data / internet works. When I dial Mexico numbers I enter 01152xxx-xxx-xxxx the phone dials the number 0052xxx-xxx-xxxx - the 011 is transposed to 00 ? I have used this phone ok in the usa before. Any suggestions ?

That advice is for National US or Canadian phones not for Mexican phones roaming in the US or Canada.
The latest info I have without going to the Telcel Office is dial +52 calling a landline and +521 for a cellphone. On Saturday it will be +52 for both.
