If you know the make and model you want you could always try Amazon. They have a nice selection of Denon equipment. I have a Denon AVR 1312 that I bought at Best Buy in Guadalajara. Unfortunately they have closed in Mexico.

Yes the do. If I remember correctly, the owner is Mike Merryman and most if not all of his employees are bilingual.
