Having worked for many years for a large corporation that was managed by the"4th floor" I cannot help but laugh at the sight of this "upstairs" blaming by this nothing forum. This is a very coward way to pass the buck . No one is responsible, that should give you a clue about the forum and its owners. Just ignore it, if everyone stops going there they soon will disappear or talk between themselves.

Let me carp here just a little bit: I didn't post anything publicly about the security problems at chapala.com, but PMd Duran (private messaging, after all) to avoid causing alarm, and got banned anyway, so no one on the other board even got to hear the problems they might be in for.

It could be Richard's son, David.

I don't think Richard has anything to do at all with most of the operations, but David has been mentioned many times as being involved with the website.

Seems like everybody who is anybody gets banned from TOB. So just wear it as a badge of honor. Here you have to really, really work at it to get banned. ;-)

And pigs fly. How many times on TOB did anyone see someone banned by anyone other than the regular moderators and the majority by one? I doubt those on high even know how to ban someone.

Well, I have been on Moderator Approval status for over a week, so I am effectively banned.

So, I claim to be a nerd...but for the life of me I can't find the button to delete my profile over there.

Anyone know where that is? I am sick of that board.

Instead of starting a fight here, why don't you go and READ all the threads (there are four of them) which are now on page two on TOB and all are now locked. They include posts by two of the mods and Rony (elbelgicano) after he was reinstated.
