On a similar note, I received an e-mail 3 weeks ago from what looked like Revenue Canada telling me they audited my 2013 return and owed me another $450 refund. They asked me to fill out a very official looking form on a "Revenue Canada" webpage. This all looked exactly like the real deal however before doing anything I sent it to my accountant in Canada and he said it was a total scam. So beware everyone.
