If anyone has experience living( renting or owning) in Puerto Arroyo, please PM me. Interested in knowing if there are any water problems, financial problems, maintenance issues, or other potential problems, etc.

It's just west of Los Sabinos on the west side Ajijic, same developer.
I have some folks who live out there, I will check for you and see what I can find out. It's a substantial community with some nice houses.
