That sounds like your firewall or anti virus software is shutting you out.

I also got the message "Sitelock" but it resolved itself in about a half an hour and now is working fine.

I have not been over there much. There seems to be little action and what is there is pretty boring. The Grand Mufti sanitized and restricted the board to his liking and sucked the life out of it. Between his moderating and the technical difficulties chapala.com remains alive but not lively.

Well you haven't missed much except, bennie's idiocy, MC's wisdom, and ezpz's whining about noise. (someone's got to do it, LOL...read the other board).  Then the usual....why the sirens? where's the fire/smoke coming from? and when will the rainy season start?
The latest insanity is over the quality of Quaker oats as if it would make a difference to a bunch of septuagenarians.

They mostly all lie, so get over it, but I do like "Guinness is good for you"
McCann's if you can find it in Guadalajara, is steel cut and Irish and there is some anecdotal truth to what you say.....
Me nan ate McCann's and lived to 110 years old; me Da switched to Quaker and died in his mid 90's.
BTW...Mr. William Penn had a home/estate in  County Cork, spent a lot of time there, and the Quakers did a lot of good deeds in  Ireland; I have a lot of good Irish Quaker friends up in County Kildare; so it's not a total lack of "purist faith" to eat Quaker oats.

My father's family were originally Quakers and most them made it to the 90's and 100's.  I suspect they ate their oaties regularly.

I don’t know who you think anointed you as judge, jury and executioner, but there is no doubt that you bear an uncanny resemblance to Roy Bean.
